CBD Plus Syringes

It is quite difficult getting the correct dosage (¼ grain rice size is very small). Make sure to keep the oil out of the fridge. Extract it ‘OVER A CONTAINER’ to allow for spillage.  Pull it back slightly, to rid the air bubble, use the palm of the hand and not the thumb, for easier and smoother pressure. If you have a spillage, use a toothpick to get your ¼ grain rice size dosage, pull back on the syringe and it will go back into the syringe. Or you can just decant the entire thing into a container and just use a toothpick to dip into it every night and rub that under your tongue. For better absorption and bioavailability please feel free to ingest your FECO with healthy oil. This becomes the carrier for the FECO. Good examples are Coconut Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Grapeseed Oil. Preferably cold-pressed & organic. We recommend 80% FECO / 20% blend oil.

Essential Oils

Massage – Buy a base oil: coconut, sweet almond, grape seed for example. If you have 20ml of base oil, halve the amount twice that gives you the number of drops of Essential Oil to add. In this case, you will add 3 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Tea Tree. Rub the blend over the affected part of the body, as required. Especially effective after a bath.

Bath – Your skin is the most absorbent part of the body. The heat of the bath assists in the absorption. There are 2 ways to do this:

  1. Diffusing 3 drops (maximum) of Essential Oils into a teaspoon of milk. Or a cup, if you would like more of a Cleopatra style bath. Use 2 drops of Lavender and 1 drop of Tea Tree. Add Epsom salts.
  2. Or simply add 5ml of your massage blend.

Close all windows. Soak for 15-20 minutes minimum. Avoid splashing in the eyes.

Inhaler – Place a drop of Lavender onto a tissue and inhale as necessary for relaxation.

** A patch test is required – 1 drop of aromatherapy oil to 4 drops of base oil. Apply a coin size amount to a patch of skin on the inner arm **

If sensitivity occurs, apply more base oil to soothe the area. Possibly avoid use for a further 10 days. If you wish to continue, dilute to ¼ of the original amount and test on a small area of skin. If there is no further reaction, continue with that dosage.

** Lavender is the safest of oils, if on a rare occasion you react, apply more base oil to the skin to soothe it and dilute the massage blend with more base oil **

** Tea Tree – Avoid up to the age of 5. Can irritate the skin and be very drying on its own **
